-The person/company you sent the issue to is prompted to accept our terms and conditions which guaranties anonymity. If they accept they will be able to review and respond to the issue. Once the issue is reviewed you will receive an email telling you that the issue has been seen by the recipient.

-As long as you are not sending messages from your work computer, you should remain anonymous.
